Cancellations
CineOx wishes you a pleasant shopping experience! If you change your mind after making a purchase, you have a generous 2-day period to cancel free of charge. If you choose to cancel within this timeframe, we will be happy to offer you a full refund as soon as possible, depending on banking processing times. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your product arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We are committed to refunding or reshipping the affected items. No additional charges will be requested, as CineOx covers all costs. However, we will need a photo or video of the damaged item to process a reshipment or refund. If you wish to return the products, we will provide you with the procedure to follow and will cover the shipping costs.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer you a 7-day return period from the delivery date. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to contact our support team who will do everything possible to help you.
For a return to be accepted, products must be in their original condition and qualify as "new" — meaning unopened, still in their original packaging, and without any signs of previous use.
Important: Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for returns.

This return policy applies in the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
How to request a refund?
To return an item, please send us an email at XXXX. The deadline to make a return is 2 days from the delivery date. The returned item must be in new condition. If the item is not in this condition, we unfortunately cannot proceed with a refund.
Who covers the return costs?
If the item is damaged, CineOx will cover the return costs. However, if the customer changes their mind after delivery, the return costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Responsibility for Logistics Issues
At CineOx, we make every effort to ensure fast and efficient shipping of your orders. However, once packages are handed over to delivery companies, their transport and logistics management fall under their responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by these carriers. In case of problems, we advise you to contact the customer service of the relevant delivery company directly. Nevertheless, we remain at your disposal to assist you in your procedures if necessary.
Refund Guarantee
CineOx offers a 7-day refund guarantee. However, this guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- If customers damage their items after use
- If customers refuse delivery from carriers
- In case of delays, loss, or damage caused by the transport company
